Are you looking to gain weight as soon as possible?

Only overweight is not a difficulties of today's generation,  exact opposite issue i.e. underweight is also today's generation difficulties. Most of the people have skinny body structure and when they try to exposed themselves in front of outsiders, sometime they feel very embarrassing because of the skinny body structure .
                  If you are also skinny ,you know the pain of those underweight people who have been mocked at every stage and even sometime ,you also have been mocked by others and you have been thinking to gain weight as soon as possible.  


Lets start , today I will provide you some basic tips to Gain some weight , only weight not Fat...

Its all depend upon your calories intake , let take example...if you do very hard job throughout day and eat very less that means you burn lots of calories throughout day and consume very less calorie.
I will provide you a simple formula, how much calories you have to consume daily..

suppose your weight is 60 kg...so just calculate 60 with no. 40..

                      60*40=240 calories..

so if your weight is 60 kg , so you have to take more than 240 calories per day.

But only 240?..No, daily you do activities than require energy, that consume calories from your own body , so you have to take more calories , if you do very hard work , you have to take great amount of calories.

Few tips that you can practice daily and that activities can definitely help you a lot on your  goal of  weight gaining...

  • Don't drink water in-between meal.
                 Most of the people drink water in-between meal, Even you can also the same person who drink water in-between meal. Stop drink water in-between because when you drink water in-between meal, your stomach get fulfill with water and when you  eat, food doesn't consume properly by stomach and require calories and nutrient doesn't reach to our cell and create problem.

  • Never skip Breakfast.
                  Try not to skip breakfast, because breakfast is very important meal .Most of the people skip breakfast due to shortage of time but never, never skip breakfast. It fulfill your daily calories need.

  • Eat 6-7 small meal daily.
                Don't eat a large meal and skip whole day meal. This kind of thing can dis-balance your digestive system,
                      So divide a large meal into 6-7 small meal and eat it every 3-4 hours.

  • Exercise
            Daily do exercise ,if you are not a gym guy , you can do some light exercise at home . That can help you a lot to burn fat because we require weight, healthy body not fatty body.



Few diet that can definitely help you to gain weight.

  • Milk- Milk is full with nutrient. Milk contain lots of nutrient like Proteins, carbs,,calcium, Vitamins and Minerals. So start drinking milk from today 2 glass a day.

  • Banana- Banana is also fulfill with lots of nutrients. Start eating banana with milk daily.        At -least 6 banana a day with 2 glass of water.
  • Eggs- At least 4-5 eggs daily with yellow part, that will help you to gain weight.Eggs is full of calories and protein.

  • Rice- Add rice to your daily meal. Rice is full of protein and calorie.

  • Chapati- Make a target to eat at least 10-12 chapati per day. Chapati will fulfill your body calories requirement.

  • Water- Drink at least 2 litre of water daily. Water help you to remove body toxic which you consume throughout the day.



 Be patience, it will take at least two week and after that you will notice a great change in your body shape and before starting these thing, you can measure your weight and write it down somewhere and after following my tips for next two week ,then you can check you weight again, you will notice a few KG increment in you weight.
